Markey responds to charge that the bill is socialist because government chooses winners (solar and wind, not nukes). He says that federal gov. has given nuclear industry $125 billion over the years and $5 billion to solar and wind, together. Wonders why it isn’t socialism when the money went to nukes but is when more will now go to solar and wind.
